Can we do more than 1 colour on wrap screen?

Unfortunately, we can only do 1 colour for wrap screen across all products.

Can I do digital print on any drinkware?

Unfortunately, we do not offer digital print on any drinkware. Please consider pad print as a option as we can do up to 4 colours (depending on the bottle)

Can we mix colours of the same product if the logo is the same?

Yes, you can mix colours of the same product, if there are no changes to art, there will be no additional costs

Can I place an order through the website?

We do not, If you’d like to place an order, please email your order to orders@promobrands.com.au

Where can I find offshore lead times?

At the bottom of the quoting tab, under each product, is a ‘transit time’ tool where you can calculate transit times via direct freight road (our freight provider)

Can I order below MOQ?

Generally, we do not accept below MOQ orders, but please always ask your CS representative, as there is some leniency depending on the product.

How can I check current lead times?

The front page of the website shows a frequently updated table of lead times of different printing methods.

Can I laser engrave at a larger size?

Yes you can, please refer to your CS representative for pricing as pricing differs based on sizing.

Can you source products offshore that aren’t on your website?

Yes we can, please enquire with sales@promobrands.com.au and we can help you source offshore! Please note, that offshore sourcing requires a high product quantity.

How can I get a login?

Please email your sales representative to get a login organised for you if you don’t yet have one.

Do you have express freight services?

Yes we do. Express freight is available to Western Australian customers and Victorian customers, other states will depend on size and product, as they will need to go by air.
